Pursuant to Sections 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with
Rules framed thereunder, the Company is required to transfer the
amount of dividend remained unclaimed for a period of seven
years from the date of transfer to the Investor Education and
Protection Fund (IEPF).

Shares transferred to IEPF
Pursuant to Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with
Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting,
Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended by Investor
Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit,
Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2017,dividend which
remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years is
transferred to IEPF Authority and the shares in respect of which
dividend has not been paid/claimed for 7 (seven) consecutive
years or more is also transferred to the Demat Account of IEPF
Authority.
